§  Recover in 60-90 seconds and repeat the interval.

§  Also, keep a watch on your calorie intake for the efficient weight loss.

§  Don’t cut the calories completely, but consume only what is required.

The formula for weight loss is simple – burn more calories than you consume. Just because you’re doing an intense cardio workout everyday doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed to lose weight. 1.       Not eating anything before an intense cardio workout.
